Installation Steps

Copy the “EDIT00000000” File (or Entire Save Folder) from the Option File:
- Inside the extracted folder, look for an EDIT file with a name like
EDIT00000000
or a folder structure that includes it. - This is the main data file that updates rosters and other changes.

Paste/Replace the Existing EDIT File:
- Paste it into your save folder.
- Overwrite the existing file when prompted (you did back it up, right?).
- If the option file folder structure includes additional files (e.g., “cpk” or “livecpk” for certain modded contents), ensure you follow the README instructions on placing them in your PES directory or mod folder.
Launch Your Game (Smoke Patch 21 V4.5):
- Start PES 2021 with SP21 V4.5 installed.
- Head to Settings → Edit Mode → Teams to verify if rosters are correctly updated.
Verify Transfers:
- For instance, check if Paulinho is now at Palmeiras or if Kevin Denkey is at FC Cincinnati.
