How to Install This Option File — Step by Step
Follow these steps carefully to get this option file working in your game. The process takes about 5 minutes once you know what you are doing.
1 Download and extract the option file
Download the option file from the link below. It will be a zip or rar archive. Right-click it and choose Extract here using WinRAR or 7-Zip. Inside you will find a file named EDIT00000000 — this is the file you need.
2 Find your PES 2021 save folder
Open File Explorer and navigate to your save folder. The path looks like this:
The ID number is a long unique number that is different for every player. If you see multiple folders, open the one that was most recently modified.
3 Back up your existing file
Before replacing anything, copy the existing EDIT00000000 file from your save folder and paste it somewhere safe — your desktop or a backup folder. This takes 10 seconds and can save you a lot of frustration if something goes wrong.
